Raw Materials

Wool and Cotton are widely used as raw materials in manufacturing of the carpets, wool used in making of pile while cotton used as base material. Wool has different variety based on the origin of its raw material such as Indian wool, New Zeeland wool, Argentina wool etc. In modern age viscose, silk also used as pile material which is more expensive as compare to wool but more aesthetic appearance than wool. The quality of the carpet depend upon the tuft twist, pile length and pile density, it may be changed on the requirement of the customer. Jute, pet yard, PP and polyester are also used as pile material.
