Hand Tufted Carpets

Our new collection of Hand Tufted rugs are made from various materials such as wool, silk, polyester, linen etc. which meet customer’s requirements.

These rugs are made using a hand-operated gun-like machine to shoot fibers onto the canvas stretched on a frame where pattern is traced with the help of pre designed mold.

The rugs is always tufted from back onto front. When all the yarn is punched into the pattern, a backing cloth/net is placed on the rug with high quality latex, to keep the fibers in place.

Once complete, the rug’s tufts or “loops” may be visible, shaved down, or carved to create definition in the pattern. All sewing of edges, pile work and embossing are done by hand.
